奧林選手村 - 慕尼黑的另類景點 Olydorf - Alternative for tourists in Munich

提到德國南部大城慕尼黑，人們最先想到的是什麼呢？
不外乎是啤酒節、達郝集中營以及聖母教堂吧......

What would come in your mind once someone mentions Munich in south Germany?
Probably Oktoberfest, Dachau and Frauenkirche......

今天本人要特別介紹的是幾乎不被任何一本旅遊書採納的特殊景點 -
「奧林匹亞選手村」

Today I would like to present another spotlight, which's ignored by many guide books.
"Olympisches Dorf"

此慕尼黑奧林匹亞選手村建築群建於1972年，也就是慕尼黑舉辦第二十屆夏季奧運的時間點。一般來說，此種特別建給運動選手短暫居住的小平房，會在奧運後拆除；然而慕尼黑決定將平房留下，作為學生宿舍出租給無法負擔慕尼黑昂貴房價的大學生們。

This area was built in 1972, when Munich held the 20th summer Olympics. In general, those bungalows which were provided for athletics, would be teared down after the competition; however, they were preserved by the government of Munich and provided to students who cannot afford the high cost in Munich.

搭乘地鐵U3線至Olympiazentrum站，走出地鐵站就是景色優美的奧林匹亞公園、寶馬博物館以及選手村。

Taking U3 to Olympiazentrum station, once you go out, you won't be able to miss the beautiful Olympiapark, BMW Museum and the Olymdorf.

此宿舍群深受學生喜愛，想要入住此區的學生們必須在等待名單上待上三至四個學期！原因不外乎是因為優美的環境，以及大學生的活力氣氛。
然而真正讓奧林選手村鶴立雞群的原因，除了特殊的背景歷史之外，更是由於它學生自治的獨立性。奧林選手村號稱全德最能達成學生自治的宿舍群之一，其不僅有多項學生委員會（如：外國學生與租約委員會、攝影俱樂部、學生康樂委員會、學生經管委員會等等）能夠與政府機構下的學生管理處協商，甚至有自行由學生經營的啤酒屋、雞尾酒吧、迪斯可等不同公用設施！

This area was beloved by students! Unfortunately most of them would have to wait for three or four semester to get in, because of its beautiful environment and the vitality of college students.
However the most important reason, which makes Olymdorf so special, is because of its autonomy from many diverse student committee, like Fotoclub, Tutoria, Rent and Foreign student committee, Finanz committee etc., and even its own lounge bars and pubs, which are run by students!

另外最特殊的一點還有：學生們能夠自由發揮創意和藝術天份，將自己的平房外牆畫成獨一無二的城堡！所有的油漆皆由學生會免費借用，搬離時也不必重新粉刷回來，畢竟學生會的目的就是讓選手村更加個性化、更加色彩繽紛！

Another specific reason to make this place special is that students are allowed to be creative with their bungalows. They can borrow paints for free and let bungalows become an unique castle of their own!
